Petbye offers pet memorial products and keepsakes.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, materials, and production processes. Any variations do not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Product availability and descriptions may change. Any changes will not alter an order we have already accepted without your agreement.

3. Personalized Products

Where personalization is available, you are responsible for checking the names, dates, spelling, photos, and other details you submit.

By providing content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us and our production partners to use it to fulfill your order. You grant us permission to reproduce and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to produce your item and provide related support.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change personalization details. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Any restrictions on cancellations or returns for personalized products will be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer law.

4. Orders and Payments

Before submitting an order, please review your selected products, personalization details, delivery address, and total charges.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Other Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us will be shown before checkout.
